Job summary

EARNEST DESIGNER & PROJECT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an interior design professional to develop and present innovative concepts, prepare detailed drawings and specifications, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

You will produce 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, 3D visualisations, and presentation materials, while assisting in material selection and coordinating with contractors and suppliers to drive project progress.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of interior design experience or a strong portfolio for fresh graduates.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalents.
• Ability to produce 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations and 3D visualisations.
• Understanding of space planning, materials, colours, furniture, and finishes.

• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, specifications, and design proposals to support project development
• Assist in selecting materials, colours, and furniture to align with design objectives and client preferences
• Produce comprehensive design documentation and project presentations as required to facilitate project approval
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience of 1–3 years in interior design or a strong portfolio for fresh graduates
• Proficiency in design and drafting software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent
• Ability to produce 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, 3D visualisations, and presentation materials
