Job summary

THE VISION PROJECT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to develop concepts, space configurations and detailed shop drawings for commercial interiors.

You will create 3D perspectives and renderings, present drawings, and ensure alignment with production standards and codes. The role includes sourcing materials, mood boards and occasional site measurements. You will manage multiple projects with independent work style, delivering accurate results on time.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3-4 years relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Interior Designer experience focusing on Commercial interiors
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop or Illustrator, SketchUp
• Expert knowledge in interior and architecture detailing and extensive knowledge of 3D software (V-Ray, 3D Max/3D viz)
• Tender and construction documentation skills are essential
• Performance oriented team player with enthusiasm and commitment to deliver results
• Proven design creativity and knowledge in design economics, materials and finishes
• Able to handle projects independently

Responsibilities

Job description

2. Generate computerized 3d perspective visuals & renderings, presentation drawings & technical drawings
3. Demonstrate a good knowledge of architectural production standards, detailing, building materials, building codes and construction

Requirements:
