Job summary

LINKEDCORP HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an interior design sales consultant in Singapore.

You will meet with clients to understand design objectives, create compelling concepts, and present proposals using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools. You will conduct site visits, prepare quotations, and manage the sales pipeline from enquiry to project award. The role emphasizes strong relationship building, accurate cost estimation, and collaboration with design, project, and construction

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of interior design sales, design consultancy, or other client-facing design roles.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, or equivalents.
• Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, space planning, finishes, and construction detailing.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with diverse clients.
• Experience developing client relationships, securing opportunities, and closing projects.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to understand design objectives, lifestyle needs, budget, and schedules.
• Create and present interior design concepts and proposals using design software and visuals.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and measurements to ensure accuracy and practicality.
• Prepare detailed quotations, cost estimates, and project specifications.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales journey.
• Collaborate with design, project, and construction teams to ensure feasible, quality deliverables.
• Stay updated on trends, materials, products, and industry developments.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets while upholding design quality and service standards.
• Prepare sales agreements, follow up on inquiries, and manage the sales pipeline to project awards.
• Provide after-sales support and collect client feedback for continuous improvement.
