Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an interior designer with sales acumen to meet client requirements and propose renovation concepts. You will prepare proposals, quotations and presentations, then present design ideas and packages to clients.

The role involves following up on enquiries, coordinating with designers and suppliers, and attending site visits. It offers a 5-day work week with a fixed basic salary plus performance-related pay and two career directions: Sales + Design or Design-focused.

Qualifications

• Experience or background in Interior Design / Renovation / related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to handle both design and sales.
• Able to understand clients’ needs and provide suitable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet and understand clients’ renovation and interior design requirements.
• Propose suitable interior design concepts and renovation solutions.
• Prepare design proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Present design ideas, materials and renovation packages to clients.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert enquiries into sales.
• Coordinate with designers, project teams and suppliers.
• Attend site visits and client meetings when required.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
