Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Interior Designer to create interior design concepts for commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects. You will conceptualize innovative ID concepts, prepare mood boards and material palettes, and present them to clients for procurement discussions.

You will oversee material selections, collaborate with architectural and landscape teams, attend meetings and site visits, and manage projects with strong leadership and communication to

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial and hospitality projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe etc.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
• Service oriented with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Leadership qualities with strong project management skills.
• Able to work as part of a team independently and collaboratively.
• Able to work under pressure with urgency to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative and functional interior design concepts for various commercial,hospitality or mixed-use projects.
• Candidate must possess ability to conceptualise innovative ID concepts and has strongpresentation skills.
• Present design concepts, mood boards and material palettes to aid in job procurement anddiscussion with clients.
• Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furniture and fixtures.
• Attend meetings and conduct site visits to ensure quality control and smooth projectprogression.
• Work collaboratively with team members of the architectural and landscape team and clientsto create and implement a project’s design.

Requirements:
