Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring an Interior Designer to handle design, planning, client coordination and project execution for residential and commercial projects in Singapore.

The role covers design from concept to execution, site involvement, and coordinating meetings with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.

We welcome candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience and the ability to read drawings for landed properties; salary is S$4,000 + AWS.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Candidate must understand drawings for landed properties.

Responsibilities

• To do design, planning, manage the project to meet contract period and budget.
• Coordinate and attend client and consultant meetings to confirm design and ensure smooth execution.
• Any other works and task directed by your superiors.
• Lead meetings with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure design delivery and contract compliance.
• Reply to emails from all parties and keep your supervisor informed.
• Prepare emails requesting information and report on project details to keep management informed.
• Ensure subcontractors and suppliers stay within quoted scope and budget.
• Propose design requests to meet client/company budget.
