Job summary

ID.Inc Interiors Pte Ltd is recruiting a skilled Architectural/Interior Drafter for production of site plans, architectural and M&E drawings. You will collaborate with Senior Designers to deliver detailed shop drawings, liaise with vendors, and ensure timely completion from concept to site handover, with site measurements and continuous drawings refinement.

Candidates should have 5+ years in drafting, proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit, and familiarity with UD and BCA standards, interior

Qualifications

Min 5 years of experience in architectural/interior drafting and production of detailed drawings.
Knowledge of UD and BCA requirements is advantageous.
Experience in interior decoration, finishing materials, furnishings, accessories and artwork.

Responsibilities

Production of scaled site plans and as-built drawings (Architectural / minor M&E).
Production of detailed, shop and construction drawings.
Liaison with vendors alongside Senior Designer/Creative Director from project start to finish.
Compilation of completed as-built drawings.
Develop and prepare drawings and designs from sketches and specification sheets.
Ensure timely completion with project team members.
Attend site meetings and conduct site measurements for drawings production.
Perform other duties as assigned.
