Job summary

Craftsmen Studio LLP in Singapore is seeking a budding interior designer to grow into a well-rounded practitioner. You will design end-to-end, create mood boards and renderings, handle contract administration, and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and on-site teams to see projects through construction.

We value hands-on learners, a strong portfolio, and a real love for design with an eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience — fresh graduates with strong portfolios welcome.
• Fluent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; Enscape or SketchUp Layout a plus.
• Willing to learn, willing to ask, and comfortable getting your hands dirty on site.
• A real love for design and an eye for detail.
• Full-time, immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs end-to-end: concept through detail design and construction drawings
• Produce mood boards, perspectives, and renderings that communicate intent clearly
• Handle contract administration and BQ preparation
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants, and take on project meetings as you're ready
• See projects through construction — schedule, sequencing, and site quality
• Conduct site inspections and work through design and technical coordination issues on the ground

We're a small studio that grows designers into well-rounded practitioners, and practitioners into leaders.
