Job summary

Craftsmen Studio LLP in Singapore is seeking an interior designer who can own projects end-to-end—from concept to construction and client delivery.

You’ll take leads through consultation, develop designs, create mood boards and renderings, and coordinate subcontractors while leading project meetings and site inspections.

This is a full-time role with uncapped earnings tied to your output in a small studio where your work and name are visible.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, or related field.
• Experience presenting to clients is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take leads through consultation, proposal, and close.
• Develop designs from concept through detail design and construction drawings.
• Produce mood boards, perspectives, and renderings.
• Coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and run your own project meetings.
• See projects through construction — schedule, sequencing, and site quality.

We're a small studio that grows designers into well-rounded practitioners, and practitioners into leaders. You'll learn the whole craft here: how a design comes to life, how a site really works, how to talk to a client, and how a studio stays standing. If you want to build a real book and control your own earnings without starting from zero, this works.

How it works

• You own your projects end to end — design, client relationship, and delivery — with the studio guiding the broad design direction

What you'll do

What you bring

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field


• Prior ID experience preferred — you should be comfortable in front of a client


• Fluent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; Enscape or SketchUp Layout a plus


• Self-driven, organised, and able to carry a project without being chased


• Full-time commitment
