Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Content Development leader to oversee the Content Development team in Singapore. You will provide interim leadership, coordinate operations, and guide strategic content planning across digital platforms to align with organisational goals.

You will also lead social media content planning and execution, review outputs, and manage timelines while coordinating with internal divisions and external partners to ensure timely delivery of content workstreams.

Qualifications

• University degree in Digital Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in content development, digital communications, or social media.
• Experience supervising teams or managing content workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Ability to provide strategic and operational guidance on content planning for digital platforms.
• Excellent understanding of digital content and social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim leadership and coordination for the Content Development team.
• Support the Deputy Director in overseeing day-to-day content development operations.
• Provide strategic and operational guidance on content planning, development, and execution across digital platforms.
• Ensure continuity and smooth execution of ongoing content development workstreams.
• Guide content planning and execution for social media channels.
• Review content outputs and provide editorial and strategic direction.
• Coordinate production timelines and workflows to meet deadlines.
• Oversee multiple content workstreams and ensure coordination across teams.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with internal divisions and external vendors as needed.
