Job summary

Info-communications Media Development Authority in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager (Interconnection & Access Management) to lead COPIF deployment and 5G infrastructure rollout. You will collaborate with telecom operators, agencies and building owners to drive seamless deployments.

You will manage a team, shape operational excellence, and apply strategic thinking to improve processes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the infocomm ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in site acquisition and knowledge of COPIF advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and rapport-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with persuasive negotiation abilities.
• Independent, analytical, and able to lead a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work with telecom operators and building owners to implement COPIF for operators deployment.
• Facilitate mobile network operators in 5G infrastructure deployment, including road and MRT tunnels and mega projects.
• Collaborate with agencies to address deployment concerns and review processes with agencies and operators.
• Lead a team to manage operational matters and continuously improve outcomes while thinking strategically to implement process enhancements.
