Job summary

Mize is hiring an Integration Manager for its Customer Solutions team in Singapore. You will bridge business and development to design and deliver seamless integrations with our partnerships across OTA, bedbank, and TMC models.

You will work with English and Chinese language stakeholders, manage multiple integration projects concurrently, and translate technical specs into clear requirements for both teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client and supplier integrations within the travel industry.
• Familiarity with OTA, bedbank, TMC and other distribution models.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles.
• Sales experience is an advantage.

We are hiring for an Integration Manager for our Customer Solutions team to act as a bridge between business and development, with the ability to understand both the technical and business sides of integrations.

Requirements

Experience & industry knowledge

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client and supplier integrations within the travel industry.
• Familiarity with different business and distribution models in the sector (OTA, bedbank, TMC, etc.).
• Proven experiance in client facing roles
• Proven Sales experience is an advantage

Technical skills

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation: API specs, JSON/XML, and comfort using tools like Postman to test endpoints or review logs
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Ability to write requirements and functional specifications that serve both business and development teams.

Core competencies

• Strong analytical skills, able to identify and resolve problems; process-oriented but pragmatic.
• Able to run several projects in parallel while staying organized and on top of everything.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and clients; proactive, willing to speak up when something doesn't add up.

Languages

• Professional-level fluency in English and Chinese
