Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing or growth experience, 3 years minimally in web3, fintech, or high-velocity tech.
• Proven track record leading marketing or growth marketing teams in DeFi or CEXes.
• Excellent communicator able to bridge technical depth and market relevance.

Responsibilities

• Steer and support Mantle’s brand storytelling and visual identity.
• Lead creator partnerships and support community-driven marketing experiments.
• Collaborate with BD, Product and partners to design campaigns that accelerate adoption.
