Job summary

• Plan and conduct performance audits on IFM contractors and monitor KPIs.
• Review budgets, payments and contractor progress claims for accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, tenant onboarding and relations to support FM operations.
• Track operations data and analytics to inform strategic FM planning and optimization.
