Job summary

ARGYLL SCOTT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives across enterprise applications for an insurance project.

In this hands-on role, you will lead end-to-end solution delivery from requirements gathering and solution design through to implementation and post-go-live support, blending project management, business analysis and hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

End-to-end project delivery experience.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Understanding of system integrations and APIs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects across insurance platforms and enterprise applications.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technology solutions.
Drive project planning, roadmap development, risk management and delivery governance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, vendors and business users to ensure successful project execution.
Work alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts and other project leads.
Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project updates to senior management.
Support solution design by understanding integrations and end-to-end business processes.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives.
