Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. invites applications for an Insurance Operations Support role based in Singapore. You will provide administrative and operational support to the Insurance Operations Manager.

You will liaise with insurance companies, internal stakeholders and customers on new applications, renewals and enquiries, handle motor insurance sales inquiries, and ensure accurate insurance documentation.

Qualifications

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Insurance Operations Manager.
• Liaise with insurance companies, internal stakeholders, and external customers regarding new insurance applications, renewal quotations, and related enquiries.
• Manage insurance sales arising from showroom customers and follow up on renewal opportunities using the Company's existing customer database.
• Handle motor insurance sales enquiries and assist customers in identifying suitable insurance options based on their requirements.
• Coordinate the preparation, processing, and maintenance of insurance documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct in all business dealings and customer interactions.
• Ensure customer needs and the Company's operational requirements are addressed in accordance with applicable procedures and requirements.
• Perform other relevant administrative and operational duties as assigned.
