Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a diligent Insurance Operations Assistant to support the Insurance Operations Manager with administrative duties relating to motor and general insurance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will coordinate with insurance companies and internal and external customers on quotes, renewals, and inquiries, assist showroom sales, and help maintain high standards of service across the customer journey.

• Coordinate with insurance companies and internal and external customers on new business quotations, policy renewals, and insurance enquiries.
• Support showroom insurance sales and generate renewal opportunities through follow-ups with existing customers.
• Handle motor insurance sales and provide timely assistance throughout the sales process.
• Prepare, coordinate, and process insurance-related documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Uphold professional ethics, integrity, and responsible business practices in all dealings.
• Ensure customer requirements and company procedures are met while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned.
