Job summary

HL Assurance Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable leader to head the Policy Administration team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of new business and renewals for Personal and Commercial Lines. You will set standards, develop staff, and streamline processes for customers and partners.

You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, generate monthly management reports, and participate in special projects as needed. Strong GI knowledge and leadership are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or related field.
• At least 6 years' policy processing experience.
• Commercial Lines experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

The role
Lead the team that keeps HL Assurance’s policy administration running accurately and on time. You’ll set the standards, develop the people and make processes work better for our customers and business partners.

What you’ll do

• Own the processing of new business and renewal endorsements for Personal and Commercial Lines, within agreed turnaround times and service standards.
• Review and improve policies and procedures to make work faster and more effective.
• Train and coach staff to raise accuracy and quality.
• Prepare monthly management reports and support quarterly board presentations.
• Take on special projects as the company requires.

What you bring

• A diploma in Business Studies, Administration or a related field. General insurance (GI) certifications are an advantage.
• At least 6 years of policy processing experience, preferably in direct general insurance. Commercial Lines experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
• A dynamic, self-motivated approach, and the ability to juggle priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
