Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an Associate Sales Consultant to support a High Net Worth insurance team under a senior Sales Consultant. The role covers sales support, case management, and policy servicing with a clear path to a Sales Consultant position.

You will liaise with private bankers, wealth planners, and referral partners, handling applications and servicing post‑sale processes while developing product knowledge and professional skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in banking, insurance, wealth management or related financial services.
• Experience in insurance administration, policy servicing, case management, or sales support is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Performance-driven, proactive and eager to learn.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team and your mentor in sales development and implementation.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with private bankers, wealth planners, and referral partners.
• Submit and liaise insurance applications with insurers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in documentation, tracking, and maintenance of applications and policies.
• Support case management activities including medical examinations, logistics, and onboarding.
• Prepare insurance forms, policy contracts, and related documentation.
• Handle policy servicing matters such as reimbursements, enquiries, and post-sales support.
• Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders professionally.
• Develop working knowledge of insurance products, services, and banks' credit procedures.
• Participate in training and continuous learning programs.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
