Job summary

WEASSURE COVERAGE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Insurance Executive to manage servicing and claims support for both individual life and corporate clients.

You will handle client and employee inquiries via email, liaise with insurers through online portals for claims, endorsements and renewals, and assist in renewals with follow-ups. The role requires a Diploma with 3–5 years' experience, plus a valid General Insurance certificate.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 3–5 years of experience.
• General insurance experience and customer service desirable.
• Valid Certificate in General Insurance.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
• Available to start soon.
