Job summary

Hudson Manpower is seeking an experienced Instrumentation Technician to install, calibrate, and maintain field instruments across pressure, temperature, flow, and level systems in a petrochemical environment.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PLC, DCS, SCADA, and related systems, troubleshoot loops, valves, analyzers, and gas detectors, and support commissioning and plant start-ups while maintaining documentation and adhering to HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Gas, Chemical, or Petrochemical plant maintenance.
• Hands-on knowledge of process instrumentation, safety instrumented systems, and analyzers.
• Familiarity with ISA and IEC instrumentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and calibrate field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, and level).
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair control loops, valves, analyzers, and gas detection systems.
• Support commissioning, loop checks, and plant start-up activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of calibration and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to HSE and company safety standards during all maintenance work.
