Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, positive and purposeful learning environment where all students can thrive.
• Plan and deliver a broad, balanced and engaging curriculum aligned with school expectations, year group planning and agreed learning outcomes.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs, abilities and interests of all learners, including those requiring additional support or challenge.
• Promote high standards of behaviour, achievement and personal development in line with school values and expectations.
• Use digital technologies and AI purposefully and responsibly to enhance teaching, learning and assessment.
• Embed metacognitive approaches that enable students to plan, monitor and evaluate their learning, developing increasingly independent and self-regulated learners.
• Integrate the Tanglin 10 learning behaviours across teaching and learning, enabling students to recognise, develop and apply these dispositions independently.
