Job summary

Biosensors Interventional Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated QC Inspector to support Lot Release activities and ensure compliant material inspection. You will perform basic duties like visual inspections, data review, and documentation, while contributing to timely quality control outputs.

Responsibilities include applying AQL sampling, using gauges and test equipment, maintaining 5S cleanliness, and documenting results in DHR and SAP. English and Mandarin communication is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education is required.
• Ability to speak simple English and Mandarin to liaise with counterparts.
• Experience in QC function.

Job description

This potential candidate needs to provide administrative assistance to the supervisor, in the day-to-day operation for Lot Release matters as assigned. He / She must be able to perform basic assigned duties (e.g. physical testing, documentation review, physical goods visual inspections) as required to fulfil the Quality Control role within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Inspection

• Understand and apply AQL sampling plan and perfom related raw material/assembly inspection
• Able to use gauges (pin gauges, caliper, steel rule, thickness gauge) and machines (Instron tensile, Compliance and Fatigue tester, Vision system, Smart scope, Surface roughness machine, Microscope) to conduct inspection for dimensional and functional testing.
• Understanding on processes work instruction and related SOPs.
• Able to perform segregation and containment on material/assembly when failure is detected.
• Work minimum in 8 assembly lines after OJT training.

Daily output

• Completing the Incoming or In-process inspections on time.
• Ensure 5S and cleanliness of own working area.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by superior.
• Ensure all works are in compliance with cleanroom and cGMP.

Record and documentation

• Maintain proper records for all the inspection data.
• Maintain good documentation practices.
• Review DHR for GDP compliance.
• Perform SAP transaction.
