Job summary

OOM PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites fresh graduates to join our inside sales team. This role runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, located at Tai Seng in the North-East region. You will engage with leads, nurture opportunities, and drive conversions while providing excellent customer service.

No prior experience is required, but exposure to inside sales, telemarketing, or cold-calling is an advantage. Proficiency in emails, Excel, and CRM helps you succeed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in drafting and responding to professional emails.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential customers via inbound & outbound leads to introduce our courses and services.
• Capture, organize, and nurture leads to ensure no opportunities are overlooked.
• Prioritize tasks, balance responsibilities, and maximize productivity in fast-paced sales.
• Follow up with prospects to build relationships and improve conversion rates.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate courses.
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team to optimize sales strategies and achieve goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
