Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Customer Service Officer / Inside Sales (Chemical Products) in Singapore.

This role acts as the primary contact for customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, five days a week, with a salary range of SGD 3,500 to SGD 3,800 per month. Qualifications

• Diploma-level education or equivalent.
• Experience in Chemical / Manufacturing / Distributing Industry is required.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Generate quotations and follow up on orders.
• Review and process customer orders.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for stock and delivery dates.
• Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers and monitor shipments.
• Ensure AQMS and EMS compliance in procedures.
