Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Generate quotations and follow up on orders.
• Review and process customer orders.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for stock availability and delivery dates.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers and monitor shipments.
• Update customers on delivery dates and obtain acceptance.
• Ensure AQMS and EMS compliance in daily work.
• Maintain price lists and assist invoicing and collections.
