Job summary

Kulnari Adventure Golf Pte. Ltd. is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations in a dynamic hospitality setting.

The role requires a proactive, operationally strong candidate with leadership potential who can manage costs, maintain high hygiene standards, and collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver quality dishes. You will work closely with the Head Chef to inspire the kitchen team, develop innovative menu items, and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Proactive mindset with initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of food costing, inventory control and kitchen profitability.
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef to manage overall kitchen operations efficiently and professionally.
• Inspire and guide junior kitchen staff while maintaining a respectful, positive environment.
• Develop and refresh menu items and seasonal specials.
• Monitor costs, inventories and ordering to optimise profit and minimise waste.
• Ensure consistency in presentation, taste and quality across dishes.
• Maintain high kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and other departments for smooth daily operations.
• Handle kitchen challenges calmly and solution-oriented under pressure.
