Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd is seeking an entry-level Electrical/Mechatronics Engineer to design, test and integrate electrical systems for robotic platforms. You will work with SolidWorks Electrical or equivalent ECAD tools, develop wiring diagrams, and contribute to prototypes and field installations.

The role emphasizes hands-on wiring, documentation, and collaboration with suppliers and production teams.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
Hands-on ability with electrical schematics and cable/harness design.
Strong documentation discipline and ability to work independently with teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and cable-harness designs.
Design and update power distribution and wiring systems for robotics platforms.
Build and integrate prototypes including wiring, harnesses and control panels.
Install, commission and test electrical systems in lab, factory and field.
Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements from tests and feedback.
Create and maintain BOMs, specs, revisions and engineering changes.
