Job summary

FINETEC ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled mechanical engineer to contribute across research, design, production, installation and QC. You will draft with SolidWorks, run simulations, analyze data, and ensure compliance while collaborating with a team.

The ideal candidate has a diploma/bachelor's in mechanical engineering, 3 years of related experience, and strong problem-solving and documentation skills. CNC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering with sheet metal fabrication background.
• SolidWorks experience is essential.
• Ability to run simulations and analyze test data.
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and testing methodologies/quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, install and evaluate components that meet requirements.
• Analyze problems and develop solutions to resolve issues.
• Conduct experiments and evaluations to improve product designs.
• Draft and design using SolidWorks.
• Estimate budgets and time scopes for each project.
• Ensure products meet compliance regulations.
• Collaborate with other engineers in the team.
• Perform testing and quality checks.
