Job summary

JP CONCEPT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled interior designer to translate creative direction into innovative concepts and plans. You will collaborate with drafters and 3D visualisers to develop drawings, present 3D perspectives to clients, and ensure timely delivery of quality design solutions.

Responsibilities include developing AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, and construction drawings, managing brief scope within budget and time, and coordinating with suppliers and clients through completion.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, 3D StudioMax, Photoshop, Enscape.
Excellent design flair with a high standard and attention to detail.
Strong in design concept and detail drawings.
Able to draw furniture layout plans (manual or AutoCAD) and render concepts.

Responsibilities

Understand creative direction and translate into innovative conceptual design.
Plan and propose interior design ideas, space planning to meet client needs.
Work with Draughtsman and 3D visualization to produce drawings.
Present 3D perspective drawings to clients and justify design decisions.
Prepare AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, and construction/As-Built drawings.
Manage design briefs within cost/time constraints and meet timelines.
Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and clients during construction/implementation.
Submit documents to clients and relevant authorities as required.
