Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T).
• Certified by ECDA as an L2 Teacher.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong communication and classroom-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on our in-house curriculum.
• Foster a safe, creative, and nurturing environment for children to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Adapt lessons with innovation and creativity.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families, and administrators to ensure a well-rounded learning journey.
• Monitor developmental milestones and communicate with parents and guardians.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and Singapore's MOE regulations.
