You will create a safe, nurturing environment, observe progress, and document milestones while building strong links with parents. You will collaborate with fellow educators on enriching classroom experiences, maintain high hygiene standards, participate in curriculum planning and school events, and uphold the school values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in early childhood in Singapore.
• Strong understanding of child development and inquiry-based learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• N1 and N2 qualifications preferred.
• Preferably with experience in SG.
• Able to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with ECDA framework.
• Create a safe, nurturing learning environment supporting holistic development.
• Observe, assess and document children's progress and milestones.
• Foster partnerships with parents through regular communication.
• Work collaboratively with educators to develop enriching classroom experiences.
• Maintain high standards of classroom organisation, health and hygiene.
• Participate in curriculum planning, PD programmes and school events.
• Uphold school values while providing quality education to every child.
• Support shift work and standard preschool hours (44h/week).
