Job summary

National Library Board (NLB) invites applications for an Account Manager to lead the Nodes initiative, partnering with external organisations to pilot innovative library services across Singapore. Based at Geylang East Public Library, you will manage collaborations, plan projects, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

You will analyse partner needs, design deployment strategies, and create compelling proposals that showcase NLB’s e-resources and digital offerings.

Qualifications

Five years of relevant work experience preferred; maturity, strong communications and PM skills may apply.
Ability to interpret user needs and work with multiple stakeholders.
Understanding of statistical analysis techniques (mean, median, probability, correlation, regression).
Experience in data analytics and visualization software (MS-Excel, Qliksense, SPSS, SAS, Tableau).
Strong analytical mind with good communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Present and sell the Nodes concept to prospective partners and onboard them.
Develop project management plans across divisions with stakeholders; define IT infra and design themes per partner.
Conduct horizon scanning to engage partners and propose innovative pilots under LAB25.
Develop visualisations and narratives to aid partner decisions and deployment.
Communicate monthly progress, insights, and challenges to decision-makers.
Create reports and presentations to summarise data findings for stakeholders.
