Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify, analyze and experiment with emerging trends and technologies.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Prior experience in financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trend horizon scanning and global trend analysis across technology, consumer behavior, market dynamics and societal shifts.
• Translate trend data into clear insights and opportunities for DBS.
• Design, develop and lead rapid experiments and POCs to test new ideas.
