Job summary

alphaeus pte ltd is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects across network, server, cloud, migration, and system integration environments in Singapore.

The role requires 5+ years of IT infrastructure project management, strong knowledge of network/server infra, and experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud. PMP/ITIL certification is a plus, with governance and vendor coordination responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of network and server infrastructure.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of VMware, Hyper‑V or other virtualization technologies.
• Experience in infrastructure migration and implementation projects.
• Experience managing project budgets, vendors, risks, and service transition.
• Singapore public-sector/government project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• PMP, CITPM and/or ITIL certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and handover.
• Deliver projects within defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Oversee network, server, cloud, migration, testing, and integration activities.
• Coordinate engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, resources, financials, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Track progress and provide regular updates to customers and senior management.
• Ensure smooth transition from project implementation to BAU/service operations.
• Manage government vendors, contracts, security requirements and compliance.
