Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, ensuring planning, execution and delivery align with SGX standards.

The role requires governance, vendor management and risk oversight across infrastructure, network, security and applications, with a focus on smooth BAU handover and release readiness. You will lead cross-functional teams and drive timely project milestones.

• Oversee design, build, configuration and testing of infra components.
• Track readiness of servers, storage, network, cloud, security, monitoring and DR pieces.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, implementation and delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project governance, infrastructure delivery, vendor management, stakeholder coordination and risk management. The role involves coordinating infrastructure, network, security and application teams while ensuring smooth implementation, release readiness and proper BAU handover in accordance with SGX standards.

Project Planning and Governance

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones and implementation timelines.
• Coordinate resources and vendors for cabling, hardware movement and infrastructure activities.
• Establish project governance, reporting and escalation processes.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Stakeholder and Vendor Management

• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, security and application teams.
• Manage third-party vendors and service providers.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions and steering committee updates.
• Provide regular status reports covering project progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure effective communication across project stakeholders.

Risk and Issue Management

• Identify project risks, dependencies and potential delivery challenges.
• Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Drive issue resolution across technical and business teams.
• Escalate critical blockers and ensure timely resolution.

Oversee the design, build, configuration and testing of infrastructure components.

Track readiness of servers, storage, network, cloud, security, monitoring, backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) components.

Ensure technical deliverables comply with architecture and operational standards.

Coordinate technical reviews, approvals and implementation sign-offs.

Change and Release Management

• Manage implementation schedules and maintenance windows.
• Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) approvals and change management activities.
• Ensure implementation and rollback plans are documented and validated.
• Oversee cutover planning, infrastructure migration and deployment activities.
