• Evaluate submarine cable licence applications and support licensing processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, public sector agencies, and industry stakeholders to facilitate cable landing, deployment, maintenance, and repair.
• Conduct research on international developments and regulatory trends relating to submarine cable policies.
• Develop policy recommendations and operational improvements to strengthen international digital connectivity and infrastructure planning.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and stakeholder engagement materials to support policy implementation and decision‑making.
