Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned PMO/Portfolio Manager to govern technology project portfolios, track budgets and coordinate resource planning. You will maintain dashboards, governance documentation and stakeholder communications, driving standardisation of PMO processes.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in PMO/portfolio roles, with hands-on experience in vendor management, budgeting and reporting tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in PMO, portfolio management or project management, preferably in banking, financial services or IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of vendor management processes, procurement coordination and vendor payment activities.
• Experience in budget planning, financial tracking, expenditure monitoring and cost management.
• Practical experience in resource planning, utilisation tracking and resource onboarding coordination.
• Experience managing project portfolio reporting and governance, with proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate or similar reporting tools preferred.
