Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced infrastructure and network integration engineer to support project delivery across server, storage, and virtualization domains.

You will revise architecture drawings, prepare BoM/LoS, and contribute to design documentation and test procedures. You will define equipment configurations for ATM solutions, coordinate with deployment teams, load and validate gear, participate in design reviews with customers, and promote Lean/Agile practices while

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience designing, delivering and operating complex server/storage infrastructure and networks.
• Solid foundation in basic networking, including switching and routing.
• Deep expertise in modern server OS (Linux/RHEL, Windows Server), server hardening, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, KVM), and container environments (OpenShift, Kubernetes).
• Broad experience in infrastructure architecture/design, including physical/virtual servers, SAN/NAS storage, data centre deployment and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Create/update network integration contributions to the Solution Specification, Design docs, and test procedures.
• Reviewing docs to align with objectives and participate in product integration and verification phases.

• Load, configure, validate, and hand over equipment to Software Integration in factory and on customer sites.
• Attend Design Reviews with customers and provide training.
• Identify risks at architecture level and propose validated alternatives.
• Provide system and networking expertise useful in design and contribute to engineering processes.
• Promote Lean and Agile practices within infrastructure projects, for automation and platform deployment.
• Actively contribute to adoption of emerging tech like AI-driven monitoring and hybrid cloud.

Job description

Responsibilities

Project Support:

• Revising solution architecture drawings and diagrams, cost templates (devis), the List of Supplies (LoS) / Bill of Materials (BoM), and interfaces at the start of the project.
• Create and/or update network integration engineer contributions to the Solution Specification and Design documentation, Network Acceptance Test Procedures, and other associated network integration documents.
• Reviewing definition documents, solution specifications, design documentation, acceptance test procedures and other associated documentation to align with project objectives, and participating in the product integration and verification phases
• Defining equipment configuration for the ATM solution(s) and coordinating with Hardware Deployment and Integration management for the assembly of the ATM system. Also interface with Tools Engineering, Customer Service and Site Services departments where necessary to accomplish this task.
• Load, configure, validate, and hand over equipment to Software Integration in the factory and on customer sites.
• Support configuration changes to system platforms in factory and customer sites.
• Attend Design Reviews with customers.
• Provide customer training.
• Identify risks at solution architecture level and propose where possible alternate validated solutions.
• Provide system and networking expertise useful in the design.
• Follow and contribute to the development and enhancement of engineering processes.

Bid Support:

• Creation and peer review of the system Architecture Diagrams and List of Supplies (LoS) / Bill of Materials (BoM).

Knowledge Capitalisation:

• Ensure best practice sharing and capitalisation by curating technical documentation, lessons learned, and case studies related to server and storage infrastructure.

Business Competitiveness:

• Support efficiency initiatives (e.g., automation, standardisation) to improve cost, quality, and delivery of infrastructure solutions.

Lean & Agile Adoption:

• Promote Lean and Agile practices within infrastructure projects, particularly for automation, platform deployment and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the design, delivery, and operations of complex, mission-critical server/storage infrastructure (including virtualization, compute platforms, storage arrays, backup/recovery, and automation) and networks (7+ years)
