Job summary

PVH Corp is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to own security architecture, performance tuning, and cloud operations from Taiwan. The role requires relocation and offers visa sponsorship and housing support.

The candidate will design Cloudflare Worker proxies, secure Supabase/PostgREST environments, optimize PostgreSQL performance, manage AWS ECS Fargate services, and strengthen CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and managing Cloudflare Worker proxies with custom security implementations.
• Hands-on experience securing Supabase or PostgREST environments, including RLS and Edge Functions.
• Strong experience administering PostgreSQL databases in production, including connection pooling and query tuning.
• Experience building and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines for containerized Java and/or Node.js applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Cloudflare Worker proxy architecture, including origin validation, rate limiting, country blocking and anonymous key injection.
• Implement and maintain Supabase security controls, including Row Level Security (RLS), db_pre_request hooks and Edge Function deployments.
• Optimize PostgreSQL database performance through connection pooling, query optimization, stored procedures and pgBouncer.
• Manage and maintain AWS ECS Fargate services, including task definitions, autoscaling, NAT Gateway configuration and Secrets Manager.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and respond to production incidents, including security events, service outages (503 errors) and database connection issues.
• Design and enhance security architecture, including proxy secret management, service role key management and IP allowlisting.
• Build, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD for Java and Node.js applications.

Job description

This is a fast-paced, overseas-based role. We're looking for a hands-on infrastructure engineer who can own our security architecture, performance tuning, and cloud operations independently.

Work Arrangement

This role requires relocation to Taiwan. Full relocation support provided, including visa sponsorship and housing.

Technical Stack

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and managing Cloudflare Worker proxies with custom security implementations.
• Hands-on experience securing Supabase or PostgREST environments, including RLS, db_pre_request hooks and Edge Functions.
• Strong experience administering PostgreSQL databases in production, including connection pooling, query tuning, stored procedure debugging and deadlock resolution.
• Experience managing AWS ECS Fargate services in a production environment.
• Experience responding to security incidents, including credential rotation, access auditing and attack mitigation.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines for containerized Java and/or Node.js applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pgBouncer or Supabase connection pooling.
• Experience with AWS S3 Tables, Apache Iceberg and Athena data pipelines.
• Experience with SonarQube or other code quality and static analysis tools.
