Job summary

BGC Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Lead to manage and optimize our cloud architecture, resource planning and system performance. You will own AWS platforms, drive DevOps automation and implement strong observability and resilience practices.

Candidates should have at least seven years in cloud infrastructure management, AWS certifications, and a track record of coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms; AWS certification is required.
• Azure certification will be an advantage.
• Experience in infrastructure management, DevOps, observability or automation is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support cloud infrastructure architecture, resource planning and system performance.

• Implement observability practices covering logging, monitoring, tracing and alerting.
• Support infrastructure resilience, including fault tolerance, disaster recovery, redundancy and failover testing.
• Define and manage infrastructure objectives such as RTO, RPO and service availability.
• Lead infrastructure projects and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Support governance processes and continuous improvement of cloud operations.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am-6:00pm, including a 1-hour lunch break.
• Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm, including a 1-hour lunch break.
• No service required on weekend or gazetted public holiday
