Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior cloud/infrastructure engineer in Singapore to design and maintain AWS infrastructure, implement IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation, and build robust CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes DevSecOps, monitoring and compliance, with cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement as core activities.

Qualifications

• Degree required in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Cloud, Platform/DevOps or Infra Eng.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience and IaC practice.
• Experience with GitLab or similar DevOps platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain AWS cloud infra across greenfield and brownfield.
• Develop and maintain IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Support DevSecOps platforms including SHIP/HATS and infra automation.

• Troubleshoot infra issues and support incident response and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders on cloud initiatives.
• Contribute to technical docs, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure across greenfield and brownfield environments.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or similar tools.
• Support DevSecOps platforms including SHIP/HATS and infrastructure automation.
• Implement cloud monitoring, logging and observability using tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus or Dynatrace.
• Ensure infrastructure meets security, governance and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and support incident response and service reliability.
• Work with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders on cloud infrastructure initiatives.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud, Platform Engineering, DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience with Terraform / CloudFormation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with GitLab or similar DevOps platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AWS networking, IAM, security and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and RHEL.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in regulated or Government cloud environments is an advantage.

Preferred: AWS certifications, Kubernetes/Docker experience and exposure to GCC environments.
