Job summary

QUESS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced AWS expert to lead and implement platform improvements across enterprise-scale cloud environments.

The role requires hands-on AWS infrastructure leadership with a focus on reliability, security, and compliance. The successful candidate will coordinate with technical and business stakeholders, provide day-to-day guidance, and help reduce reliance on senior architects by delivering practical, independent cloud leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on infrastructure experience with AWS.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or GCC environments.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, security, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder engagements.
• Experience leading cloud platform implementation and operational initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in infrastructure support with AWS cloud platforms - 10+ yrs
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) environments.
• Good understanding of infrastructure, operations, security, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage stakeholder engagements.
• Experience leading cloud platform implementation and operational initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certifications (Associate, Professional, or Specialty).
• Experience in regulated industries (will be added advantage).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
