seeks a Project Delivery Engineer (Day 1) to support IT infrastructure deployments, servers, networking, and related hardware and software, collaborating with customers, vendors and internal project teams to deliver infrastructure projects and ensure successful system implementation and handover. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in CS/CE/IT or related field.
• 3-5 years of IT infrastructure, system implementation, or project delivery experience.
• Experience with virtualization technologies is a plus.
• CAT 1 clearance is required for this project.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project implementation by completing deliverables and achieving milestones on time.
• Perform configuration, installation, and implementation of servers and networking equipment.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and external parties during implementation and issue resolution.
• Prepare for System Acceptance Testing (SAT) including security testing with customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and testing.
• Maintain technical documentation and system configuration records.
• Prepare network topology and system architecture diagrams and related documents.
• Produce project documentation such as SOWs and handover records.
• Provide technical support to the maintenance team and assist handover to operations.
