Job summary

Clifford Capital Asset Management (CCAM) is seeking an energetic Associate or AVP to support investment transaction diligence and execution across infrastructure credit opportunities. You will work with senior investment team members on both primary and secondary transactions, evaluating financing opportunities and developing financial analyses.

The role involves building models, preparing IC memos, conducting thorough due diligence, and creating marketing materials for capital formation.

Qualifications

• 2 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized, motivated and strong prioritization capabilities.
• Self-starter and effective team player.
• Business-level Japanese language skills are advantageous for engaging with Japanese investors and counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financing opportunities to determine suitability for financing.
• Build or review financial models and assess cash flow sensitivities.
• Prepare investment committee memos for proposed financing commitments.
• Conduct detailed due diligence and risk analysis to assess acceptability of proposed risk mitigation.
• Prepare pitch books and marketing materials for capital formation.
