Job summary

KPMG SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior professional to lead energy & utilities advisory on infrastructure projects, including market entry, feasibility, and PPP transactions.

You will produce financial models, information memoranda, and investment analyses for stakeholders. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in energy and utilities project finance, PPPs, and M&A, with ASEAN experience. You will manage multi-project engagements, develop proposals, and travel within the ASEAN

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in energy and utilities infrastructure project finance and PPP transactions.
• Experience in M&A and/or project financing of power projects.
• Experience working on infrastructure projects within ASEAN or comparable markets.
• Experience in preparing bankability feasibility studies/business cases for infrastructure projects, including PPP transactions.
• Good understanding of risk analysis and allocation for project finance and PPP.
• Good knowledge of project finance documentation and experience in taking projects to financial close.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results with a proactive, hands-on approach to execution.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing team members through effective guidance, knowledge sharing, and on-the-job learning.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the ASEAN region as required for project engagements.
• Proficiency in additional regional languages would be advantageous for supporting regional business and stakeholder interactions, where required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project and engagement outputs for energy & utilities deals.
• Lead transactions and advisory mandates concurrently with multiple assignments.
• Develop bankability studies and financial models for infrastructure projects.
• Provide strategic, commercial and financial advice spanning the project lifecycle.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
• Support senior management in developing thought leadership in new business areas.
• Coordinate with other business units and member firms as needed.
• Travel within the ASEAN region as required for project engagements.
