JUST TALENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager to lead planning, deployment, and ongoing management of the company’s IT backbone, including servers, networks, storage and cloud environments.

You will drive security, backup, disaster recovery, vendor relationships and budgeting while mentoring the infrastructure team and aligning projects with business needs.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration or network engineering, including supervisory/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of server administration, network infrastructure, storage systems and IT security.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the planning, implementation, maintenance and management of the company's IT infrastructure.
• Manage IT systems, servers, networks, cloud platforms and storage solutions to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
• Monitor system performance, availability and security, and implement improvements where necessary.
• Lead infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, implementations and technology improvements.
• Develop and enforce IT infrastructure policies, security standards, backup procedures and disaster recovery plans.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues to minimise system downtime.
• Manage IT infrastructure budgets, resources, vendors and service providers.
• Ensure infrastructure systems comply with relevant security requirements and company policies.
• Lead and mentor the IT infrastructure team, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand business requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, system configurations and operational procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Experience with Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Familiarity with virtualisation technologies, cloud platforms, backup solutions and disaster recovery systems.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs and firewalls.
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects, vendors and technical teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
