Job summary

Confetti is seeking an energetic Influencer Marketing Intern in Singapore to recruit affiliates and creators, support them in creating high-performing videos and livestreams, and turn affiliate activity into measurable GMV and commission growth. This hands-on role focuses on creator outreach, community building, and performance-driven marketing.

You will engage across Shopee, TikTok, and other channels, support onboarding, and help optimize campaigns and content strategies for affiliates.

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal English skills.
Interest in short-form video, livestreaming, e-commerce, and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

Source, research, and approach potential Shopee and TikTok affiliates.
Identify creators with high potential based on content quality and commerce performance.
Conduct outreach through TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, creator communities, referrals, WhatsApp, email, events.
Help develop outreach templates, affiliate pitch decks, onboarding guides, FAQs, and recruitment campaigns.
Guide new affiliates through onboarding and explain campaigns, products, commissions, and content requirements.
Encourage affiliates to publish consistently and participate in campaigns.
Follow up with inactive or low-activity affiliates and support activation plans.
Build day-to-day relationships with affiliates via WhatsApp groups, follow-ups, and training.
Support affiliates in improving Shopee Video, TikTok video, and livestream performance.
Guide creators on content best practices, hooks, product demos, storytelling, CTAs, and posting cadence.
