Job summary

Getinge South East Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a field service engineer to install, commission, repair and maintain medical equipment in healthcare environments across SEA. You will be the primary on-site interface for customers, ensuring uptime and service quality.

Travel to customer sites, diagnose complex faults, perform preventive maintenance, and document service activities in reporting systems while adhering to hospital infection control and safety policies.

Qualifications

• ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3 years hands-on experience in medical equipment installation and maintenance.
• Willing to travel within SEA.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, commissioning, repair and preventive maintenance at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults.
• Verify parts and manage on-site replacements.
• Handle field service communications with customers and set expectations.
• Follow infection control, PPE, and safety policies.
• Maintain service checklists and documentation.
