At Ace @ Work Childcare Pte Ltd, we’re looking for a caring, patient, and dedicated Infant Educarer to join our team. If you enjoy creating meaningful connections with infants and want to play an important role in their first learning experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll work with infants aged 2 to 18 months, creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where every child feels secure, valued, and encouraged to explore.
Nurture & Care: Provide attentive, responsive care while ensuring infants’ safety, hygiene, comfort, and well-being.
Support Development: Plan and carry out age-appropriate activities that encourage sensory, motor, language, and cognitive development.
Partner with Parents: Build trusting relationships with parents and keep them informed about their child’s progress, routines, and well-being.
Manage Daily Routines: Support feeding, diapering, nap times, and other daily routines with patience and care.
Create a Positive Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming, and stimulating space where infants can learn, explore, and grow.
Work as a Team: Collaborate with fellow educators to provide consistent, high-quality care and learning experiences.
Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) recognised by ECDA
Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) recognised by ECDA
A genuinely loving, patient, and passionate approach to working with infants
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A strong commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
First Aid Certification is preferred
